Pizza Pizza


What do you do when you have green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and basil that needs to be used? Make a margherita + pepper + mushroom pizza, of course!

I'm currently having an obsession with fresh mozzarella cheese. We used that as our base cheese and then sprinkled a little shredded parmesan on top.


Here it was before going in the oven (the crust had already been pre-baked before the toppings were added).


And here it is sliced and ready to eat!


We decided that it's healthy because it's like a salad on a crust. Right?!
